Absence Management (part of WFM Cloud) solution is a software solution that helps organizations streamline and automate the processes that manage workers' absences, organize and deploy their labor force efficiently, enable employee and manager self-service.

Course Offering

This 3-day Oracle Absence Management Cloud workshop will enable you to implement common end to end business process flows with real world business examples supported by live application demonstration. Each of these sessions will be explained with various business scenarios /use cases, best practices, tips & tricks and hands on labs on latest available release. The flows and use cases covered include:

  • Absence planning to continuity
    • Absence Management – Introduction and Process Flows.
    • Absence Record to Approval Flow – Absence Type Configuration and Approval Customizations
    • Absence Accrual and Balances –Accrual Matrix Setup and Balance Calculations.
    • Absence Balances –Transfers and Discretionary Disbursement.
    • Absence Information to Payroll - using rates and elements.
    • Absence Qualification Plans –Bands and Payment percentages.
    • Overtime to Compensatory time off
    • Absence Donations
    • Track documentation related to a worker's absence using Absence Certifications.
    • Customize Absence management calculations using Fast Formulas
