Monitor what’s happen inside your MySQLinstances is a must to solve performance or security issues, identify non optimal configurations, or just check what’s happening. But monitor a database is more than just CPU anddisks, there are a lot of settings to check and cross referencing to do.

Join us at this hands-on workshop to learn how to install and use MySQL plugin for OEM 13c to effectively monitor you MySQL instances.

Space is limited, and individuals will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 2 individuals for a single company.

  • Performance analysis
  • Add custom monitoring with Metric Extension

Requirements:

  • SSH Client
  • Knowledge on common Linux commands (yum, ls, mv, cp, tar, pwd, ps, systemctl, tail, groupadd, useradd, grep, kill) and editors (vi, or nano), where labs are executed in Oracle Linux 8 servers
  • Knowledge of MySQL architecture and SQL commands
  • DBA experience
