This 4-day Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud workshop will enable you to implement common end to end business process flows with real world business examples supported by live application demonstration. Each of these sessions will be explained with various business scenarios /use cases, best practices, tips & tricks and hands on labs on latest available release. The flows and use cases covered include:

  • Demand to Forecast (Demand Management)
    • Sense Demand by bringing Demand History from multiple sources
    • Predict Demand by Modelling & Analyzing a Demand Plan
    • Shape Demand to achieve business objectives
  • Demand to Replenish (Replenishment Planning)
    • Plan and predict consumptions for Customer-centric demands
    • Demand Segmentation driven inventory policies
    • Automate continuous replenishment
  • Forecast to Plan (Supply Planning)
    • Configure Analytics (Dimensions & Measures)
    • Define Tables/Graphs/Tiles
    • Balance demand and supply
    • Plan material and capacity (Un-Constrained and Constrained)
    • Prioritize and mitigate supply issues
    • Predict and proactively respond to disruptions
    • Release Supply orders for execution
  • Collaboration with Suppliers in Supply Planning (SCC)
    • Collaborate & orchestrate on order forecasts / Supplier commits
    • Manage vendor-managed inventory (VMI)
    • Collaborate with contract manufacturers
  • Aggregate planning using Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
    • Align and build a realistic aggregate plan
    • Perform Product, Demand, Supply & Financial Reviews
    • Working with Consensus plan to achieve business objectives
    • Publish Final S&OP forecast for tactical planning

Workshop Format

  • Participants have the opportunity to bring and discuss specific use case scenarios with product experts.
